Receiving Mail
We will gladly receive your mail once the service agreement has been signed. All mail must have your receiving address on it. We will not open your mail unless specifically instructed to do so by you. If you wish, we can arrange to open mail (credit card bills, invoices, orders, etc.) and fax them to you. We will not be liable for any failure to fax these documents.

Re-Directing Mail
Any mail that you send to our distribution center can be re-directed to you any- where in the world. We charge a modest fee per instance plus our regular charges for shipping by either UPS or U.S. Mail.

Forwarding Mail
Please note that the United States Postal Service will forward your mail should you change your address for a short period only. We will continue to receive mail for you. Overnight mail delivery is forwarded by UPS, Fed-Ex or DHL from our distribution center to Canada. These are generally delivered the next day by 10:30 a.m. without any hassle from customs as long as they only contain documents and no merchandise.

Mail Pick up from the Post Office Near Us
If you have a post office box at the post office in Swanton, Vermont or Champlain New York, and leave a key with us, we can pick up your mail for a modest fee per trip. We can then forward the mail to you by either UPS or U.S. mail at our regular rates. For large volumes of mail (letter bags or many boxes), please call us for a quote We will not open your mail unless specially instructed to do so.

Shipping by Post Office
If we take a box to the post office for you, we will charge a percentage markup over the total charge for shipping and insurance plus a fee to make a run to the local post office. We have limited space in which to take boxes. If you need to ship either very large boxes or very many boxes, please call us for a quote. We will ship using Priority mail unless you instruct us otherwise. We charge labor time on an hourly basis plus US $.50 cents per mile to make a special run to the post office. This takes about a ½ hour.

U.S. Mail Services
We can mail your letters for you for a fixed percentage markup over our direct cost. For mailing that require more than US$50.00 in postage, please make arrangements ahead of time so we can schedule the mailing and have funds available. All mailings over US$50.00 must be pre-paid in advance.
